** About the Role You're Considering*
* This role involves the development and application of engineering practice and knowledge in the definition and execution of quality management systems (QMS) for product and process quality, ensure and validate compliance to standards, homologation of products and processes and registration to the competent authorities. It also involves management and audit of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS) and environmental systems and their risk assessments.

** Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field*

** 5-10 years
** of experience in quality engineering, supplier quality, or a closely related role
+ Strong working knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards
+ Hands‑on experience with root cause analysis and structured problem‑solving techniques
+ Proven ability to write and maintain quality procedures and work instructions
+ Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
+ Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
** Preferred Requirements*

Experience with SAP or any favorable QMS
+ Comfortable with handling and managing data, data analysis and data dispatch
+ Previous experience with supplier management for quality defects
+ Experience managing quality issue databases

As a Quality Engineer, you'll:
+ Build deep expertise in quality systems, root cause analysis, and supplier quality management
+ Expand ownership from individual quality issues to broader, cross‑functional initiatives
+ Strengthen leadership skills by influencing suppliers, mentoring peers, and guiding best practices
+ Play an active role in shaping quality metrics, documentation standards, and continuous improvement efforts
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911.00 - $.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
