Senior Project Manager-Data Center MEP Infrastructure

** About the Role*
* The Senior Project Manager provides consulting services to our financial services client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. The Sr. Project Manager will lead MEP infrastructure construction projects for the client's regional data centers including UPS power, HVAC,chillers, and fire suppression systems.

This job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. Role may require up to 25% regional travel to project sites.

** What You'll Do*
* Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects. This includes planning, design,construction, occupancy, and closeout.

Work directly with clients toprepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule& milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

Facilitate the development ofa charter and integrated timeline.

Ensure all functions remain onschedule and issues get resolved or escalated.

Facilitate regular meetings toreview project status for active and pending projects.

Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.

Apply advanced knowledge toseek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.

Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.

Coach others to developin-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.

** What You'll Need*
* Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

+ Bachelor's     Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a     degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

+ MEP     construction experience in mission critical facilities required. Data     Center facilities experience preferred.

+ Proficiency     in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). PM Web or equivalent project     management software experience.

+ The     innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.

+ Expert     organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $135,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $155,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program.
