Job Description:

Position Summary This role completes construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and staff. The position reports to the Project Manager, and will supervise crew in completing the project, ensuring safety and timely completion of tasks.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

Follow and comprehend supervisor's instructions, as well as provide and communicate supervision to the crew Maintain communications with supervisors of job status and current assigned responsibilities. Maintain and supervise a clean jobsite free of tripping hazards and unnecessary obstacles. Actively participate in the Performance and Development Review process, ensuring alignment to the performance pillars

Carry out all work activities upholding the Company values Positively contribute to a diverse, inclusive and fair work environment, free from discrimination, bullying and harassment. Carry out all duties in line with Company policies and procedures

Additional duties, as requested by superintendent and/or Project Manager Avoids legal challenges by complying with federal, state, and local legal requirements. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Skill in the operation of company tools and equipment.

Ability to perform basic math skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
