At Delta Air Lines, Inc., the Technical Operations Division offers a Student Program with several co‑op opportunities for students studying engineering and related disciplines. This program supports technical operations roles in maintenance and flight operations across the organization.

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

Enrollment as an undergraduate (sophomore or above) with a minimum of 30 semester hours completed.
A minimum 2.5 GPA that can be maintained.
Work for three alternating semesters (Spring 2027, Fall 2027, Summer 2028) in Atlanta, GA; no concurrent coursework during those periods.
Ability to work in diverse team environments and creatively solve technical problems.
Capability to complete assignments with minimum supervision.
Strong technical writing, oral communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with basic PC skills and the Microsoft Office suite.
Demonstrated safety‑conscious behavior in all operational processes and procedures.
Availability for weekend and/or shift work as required.
Consistent prioritization of safety, security, and data protection.
Embrace diversity of people, thinking, and styles.
Possession of a high school diploma, GED, or high‑school equivalency.
At least 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States.
