• This position will be hybrid at our corporate office in Atlanta, GA.

• Provide project direction and oversight for the Civil Sense Team.
• Manage project setup and input of data (.shp files) from customers.
• Monitor and control project budget, scope, schedule, risks, performance, and execution.
• Create project status and impact reports.
• Attend weekly client meetings, providing data‑led performance and progress reviews.
• Collaborate with Global Partners, internal teams, and technical teams.
• Manage internal and external projects within Oldcastle Infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) is preferred or willingness to obtain the certification within a year.
• Proven experience as a project lead, project manager, or similar role.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficiency in data manipulation tools.
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets, with attention to detail.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to analyze issues from multiple perspectives.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to travel 25%‑35%.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects to Civil Sense KPIs and Standards.
• Correct use of PPE.
