Constellation Energy seeks a Sr. HVAC Technician to support Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management for energy and utilities facilities. In this role, you will lead installation, troubleshooting, and repair of complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems supporting power generation and critical infrastructure. Responsibilities include performing advanced diagnostics, optimizing system performance and energy efficiency, executing preventive and predictive maintenance, reading and updating technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

You will mentor junior technicians, coordinate with engineering on asset upgrades, and support sustainability and reliability initiatives in a collaborative culture.
