- Proficiency in GIS data analysis, map services, web mapping, and geospatial workflows.
- Experience in integrating GIS with enterprise applications and systems.
- Strong understanding of geospatial concepts, projections, and data standards.
- Experience leading GIS teams or acting as a technical lead/consultant.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management.
