Location: Atlanta, Georgia Salary: $95,000 to $130,000/year (based on experience) + Full Benefits Employment Type: Full-Time

As an Estimator, you’ll support bid development for water infrastructure, stormwater systems, and utility projects. You’ll collaborate with preconstruction, project management, and field teams to submit winning, accurate, and strategic proposals.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze drawings, specifications, and contracts for infrastructure bids
- Perform detailed takeoffs, pricing, and quantity estimates
- Build cost models and evaluate subcontractor/supplier bids
- Develop bid packages and assist in risk assessments
- Contribute to preconstruction logistics and phasing analysis
- Create estimates at conceptual, schematic, and detailed design stages
- Ensure compliance with local hiring and diversity goals
- 5+ years of estimating experience, or 3+ years with a construction‑related degree
- Background in civil, transportation, healthcare, or commercial projects $30M+
- Proficiency with HCSS, OST, Bluebeam, or similar estimating platforms
- Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and cost drivers
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
