Project Manager – Land Surveying

$100,000 – $120,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits Package + 401(k)

Are you an experienced Surveying professional looking to step into a leadership role where you can manage projects end-to-end and work closely with clients and engineering teams?

This is an opportunity to join a well-established engineering consultancy delivering surveying solutions across utility, transportation, and land development projects.

In this role, you’ll manage multiple land surveying projects from kickoff through completion, coordinating field crews, processing survey data, and ensuring high-quality deliverables while acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

This role would suit an experienced Surveying professional with strong project management skills who is looking to take ownership of projects and progress their career within a collaborative and growing organization.

• Manage land surveying projects from initiation through final deliverables
• Coordinate field crews, office staff, and subcontractors (LiDAR, aerial mapping, etc.)
• Process survey data and prepare drawings, plats, and legal descriptions
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations and perform quality control reviews

• Land surveying experience
• Experience managing survey projects and coordinating teams
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar survey software
• Strong understanding of survey principles, boundary analysis, and data processing
