Senior Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale industrial and engineering projects from planning through implementation. This role will partner closely with customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and operations stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities include managing project plans, budgets, risks, resources, stakeholder communication, and overall project execution while coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has experience leading complex technical projects involving engineering, manufacturing, automation, logistics, or systems integration environments.

• Strong project management background in technical or industrial environments
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and project delivery
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with executive stakeholders
• Customer-facing experience and strong relationship management skills
• Familiarity with engineering, automation, manufacturing, or large-scale systems projects

Location: Hybrid/Onsite - Travel will be REQUIRED

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in complex engineering, manufacturing, automation, logistics, material handling, industrial, or systems integration environments.
• Experience managing large-scale customer-facing projects from kickoff through delivery and closeout.
• Strong risk management experience, including identifying risks, mitigation planning, tracking, and escalation.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and maintaining financial accountability.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, commissioning, suppliers, and customer stakeholders.
