About the Role
Jones Worley is seeking a full‑time BIM (Revit)/CAD Manager to provide technical leadership across a wide range of signage and way finding projects. This role is critical to maintaining coordination, efficiency and quality across project teams while supporting the continued evolution of our BIM/CAD standards and workflows.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Architectural Designer and Revit/CAD expert with a passion for design, technical precision, and collaboration. They will lead BIM coordination efforts, maintain office standards and digital libraries, support project teams, and help drive best practices across the organization.
Essential Responsibilities- Set up sign location plans and message schedules in architectural partner‑provided Revit models
- Coordinate drawing development across multiple disciplines
- Perform BIM model coordination and clash detection; resolve conflicts with project teams
- Establish and manage project‑specific Revit/CAD standards at project kickoff
- Maintain and update firm‑wide BIM/CAD libraries, templates, and families
- Ensure compliance with JW digital standards across all projects
- Train and mentor less experienced Revit/CAD designers
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for project teams
- Participate in project kick‑off meetings to identify BIM/CAD setup requirements
- Conduct internal coordination meetings related to Revit/CAD workflows
- Assist in developing and refining BIM/CAD standards, workflows, and best practices
- Support drafting of architectural and engineering site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Assist in proposal preparation and client/project correspondence as needed
- Ensure consistent application of JW Quality Control procedures
- Participate in coordination meetings addressing scheduling, technical issues, and project alignment
- Research industry developments to improve tools, workflows, and efficiency
- Provide or coordinate Revit/CAD training (onsite, remote, or online)
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication via phone, email, and in‑person meetings
- Collaborate with leadership and clients to problem‑solve and provide direction on project and staffing‑related matters
- Partner with the Creative Director to advise clients on communication strategies that support business objectives
- Provide project support to firm principals and program managers as needed
- Prepare clear, concise written communications and maintain well‑documented project records and correspondence
- Ensure high levels of craftsmanship, accuracy, consistency, and quality across all client deliverables
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional work and client service
- Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit (2016 or newer)
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2016 or newer)
- Experience in signage and way finding projects strongly preferred
- Ability to lead BIM coordination and enforce standards across teams
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and design workflows
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Familiarity with BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks (clash detection)
- Exposure to Sketch Up and other 3D modeling tools is a plus
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (LISP, VBA, ARX) is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and project collaboration tools (Bluebeam, Procore, Newforma, etc.)
- Understanding of file management systems and digital workflows
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Local to the Atlanta, GA office
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in office, 2 remotes; 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Requirements / Qualifications- Associate’s degree, trade school completion, or equivalent formal Revit training required
- 6+ years of AEC experience with at least 3 years in an architecture firm required
- Strong Revit and AutoCAD proficiency required
