Estimator – Civil / Underground Utilities

We’re working with a leading contractor in the water, wastewater and trenchless rehabilitation space, looking to add an Estimator to their team in Tucker, GA.

This is a full-time, office-based role supporting a busy and growing operation delivering underground utility and pipeline projects across the region.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for water, wastewater, stormwater and underground utility projects
• Review drawings, specifications and site conditions to build accurate bids
• Perform quantity take-offs and validate project data
• Work closely with field teams, subcontractors and suppliers to develop pricing
• Analyse costs for labor, materials and equipment
• Support bid reviews and assist with project handover to operations
• Manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in civil construction, utilities, or underground infrastructure
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with estimating, take-offs, or cost analysis
• Background as an Estimator, Project Engineer, or Project Manager within civil/utility projects
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Must be based locally or able to commute to Tucker, GA (this is not a remote role)

• Experience with HCSS Heavy Bid, Bluebeam, or similar estimating software
• Exposure to sewer, stormwater, or trenchless rehabilitation projects

• $85,000 – $110,000 base salary (depending on experience)
• Bonus potential (up to 20%, performance-based)
