Role description
Arcadis is seeking a Transportation Maintenance Administrator to join the Mobility Team in Atlanta, GA. The qualified candidate will assist with maintenance administrative services for Maintenance Engineering & Inspection (MEI) projects within the larger Global Mobility Business Area.
Responsibilities- Fulfill assigned workload while coordinating with multiple contractors and supervising personnel.
- Assist with identification of maintenance funding and budget allocations.
- Oversee and conduct maintenance inspections on roadway projects in accordance with client’s adapted procedures and policies.
- Provide maintenance inspection services for conformance to Plans and Specifications for all roadway, structures, and specialty items.
- Observe measures and record quantities for contractor payment.
- Review traffic control as required or requested.
- Maintain ongoing maintenance work throughout the area through constant communication with active contractors.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in transportation administrative work.
- Will be required to work days, nights, and weekends with little advanced notice.
- Will be required to work some time in an office or field setting.
- Will be required to conduct inspections across multiple projects and/or clients at any given time.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, or a similarly related degree.
- 2+ years’ experience on roadway or site construction inspection.
- 10 Hour OSHA Safety Certification (Preferred).

Salary range: $47,200 - $70,800 (Actual salaries will vary based on experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location).
