Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and results‑driven Project Manager to oversee industrial water treatment projects from pre‑construction through execution and closeout.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage industrial water treatment projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Review, develop, and respond to mechanical RFPs, including scope definition, cost estimates, and proposal coordination.
- Support pre‑construction planning, including scheduling, budgeting, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials to job sites.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and subcontractors, including sourcing, negotiation, and performance management.
- Oversee procurement processes and ensure alignment with project timelines and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and field service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–7+ years of project management experience in industrial water treatment, mechanical systems, or related industries.
- Proven experience with mechanical RFPs and pre‑construction processes.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience coordinating logistics, transportation, and material delivery for large‑scale projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and subcontractors effectively.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Experience working with glycol systems (design, application, or maintenance).
- Familiarity with industrial water treatment equipment, systems, and processes.
- Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
- Attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Compensation and BenefitsCompensation range: $110,000 – $120,000 USD per year. This position is also eligible for bonus pay.
