This role involves the development and application of engineering practice and knowledge in the definition and execution of quality management systems (QMS) for product and process quality, ensure and validate compliance to standards, homologation of products and processes and registration to the competent authorities. It also involves management and audit of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS) and environmental systems and their risk assessments.

Must be a US Citizen
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
5–10 years of experience in quality engineering, supplier quality, or a closely related role
Strong working knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards
Hands‑on experience with root cause analysis and structured problem‑solving techniques
Proven ability to write and maintain quality procedures and work instructions
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
Aerospace experience
Experience with SAP or any favorable QMS
Comfortable with handling and managing data, data analysis and data dispatch
Previous experience with supplier management for quality defects
Experience managing quality issue databases

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911.00 - $.
