LvField Engineer

Indigo is hiring a Level 2 Field Engineer in Atlanta to support the delivery of telecoms infrastructure build and commissioning services. This is a hands‑on role suited to an experienced engineer who can work from plans, deliver to quality standards, and take a lead role in commissioning and fault‑finding across complex network environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and deploy telecoms infrastructure from detailed designs
• Commission network services, including testing, validation and fault resolution
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers and input into design challenges
• Ensure delivery meets quality, safety and customer requirements

Required experience:

• Proven experience building and commissioning telecoms/network infrastructure
• Strong expertise across:
• Transmission systems (PDH / SDH / DWDM / Optical)
• Structured & fibre cabling installation and standards
• Testing protocols
• AC/DC power, TSC and BMS systems
• Hands‑on experience with:
  Ciena, Infinera, Nokia, Juniper, Cisco
• Demonstrable fault‑finding and commissioning capability
• Strong customer‑facing and stakeholder skills
