Position: Senior Project Manager (Water/Wastewater)
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager specializing in Water and Wastewater projects to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of diverse engineering initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain effective communication throughout all project phases, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational objectives.

Your expertise will be essential in developing project scopes, defining deliverables, and conducting risk assessments. You will also monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for upper management and clients, showcasing project status and any potential challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in civil engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the water and wastewater sector. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is proficiency in project management software. A PMP certification or equivalent will be considered a significant advantage.
