Manage projects after the point of sale through closeout to ensure customer requirements and business plan performance objectives are met.
Responsibilities- All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment and high-quality products.
- Maintain frequent communication with relevant parties to ensure project plans are being met.
- Ensure that all documentation is in place to begin and continue invoicing in a timely manner and assist in the collection of outstanding payments.
- Responsible for contract review, negotiation, and execution.
- Ensure contract terms, conditions, and scope information are consistent with the intent of Tindall’s proposal and disseminated within the division.
- Ensure all contract terms are complied with and monitor the project for changes; negotiate and execute change orders timely per the contract terms.
- Understand customer requirements and create project schedules to meet them with input from appropriate functional areas.
- Facilitate meetings to convey necessary information and establish plans to ensure successful outcomes of all projects.
- Communicate with customers clearly, directly, and timely on all matters that could affect the company’s interests.
- Ensure project files are current and complete.
- Help ensure field safety and quality assurance measures are followed.
- Assist in securing specific project information or materials or other tasks necessary to keep production and field schedules intact.
- At project conclusion, ensure all close‑out documentation has been submitted, files are archived post final payment.
- Convenie w/ project post‑mortem meetings to review the project and identify non-conformances, root causes, and corrective actions.
- College degree (4 years) in Engineering, Construction, or Business or comparable work experience.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience with exposure to engineering and/or operations.
