Position SummaryAirbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supplier Development Manager to join our Procurement department. The role focuses on developing supplier activities, secure on‑time aircraft deliveries, and maintain optimal quality. The preferred location is Atlanta, Washington, D.C., or Charlotte, NC, but the candidate must be near a major airport hub in the Midwest to East Coast (Atlanta, Chicago, Charlotte, D.C., NYC, Philadelphia).

- Travel up to 80% of the time, primarily domestic with occasional international visits
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Program Management
- Proven experience applying quality management tools and techniques
- Experience with Supplier Recovery, Crisis Management, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies
- Experience in transferring work between production sites and/or to other countries
- Authorised to work in the United States

This mission‑based role requires weekly travel to suppliers and their sub‑tier partners. Activities range from short assessments to long‑term projects addressing complex supply‑chain or quality issues.
