• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience leveraging automation for process engineering.
• Experience designing and implementing technical regulatory controls within trust and safety.

• 5 years of experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects.
• Experience developing and automating complex technical transformation programs in a compliance context.
• Experience partnering with engineering to create a collaborative, trusted, and dynamic collaboration.
• Ability to deliver persuasive, concise, and engaging verbal and written communications for audiences, and to influence without direct authority.

• Design, develop, and implement technical regulatory controls within Trust and Safety.
• Drive the maturation of the existing control environment by identifying and implementing opportunities for automation, AI, and process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with trust and safety colleagues, product area partners (engineering and product teams), legal, policy, and other cross‑functional teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that work is prioritized and launched as functioning controls.
• Define program scope, objectives, and key results (OKRs), breaking down ambiguous technical problems into simplified plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Evaluate design choices, assess implementation risks, and ensure solutions are scalable and auditable.

US: $163,000 - $237,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
