Senior Civil Engineer
An established engineering firm is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead and deliver complex water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects in the Atlanta area. This role blends hands-on technical design with project leadership, client interaction, and mentorship, offering a strong platform for long-term growth and impact.

Atlanta, GA (30345)
Pay: $90,000 – $120,000+ per year (based on experience)
Term:
Direct Hire
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Overview:
- Manage and design civil engineering projects involving water and sewer systems, water/wastewater treatment, stormwater management, and water quality improvements
- Prepare and oversee plans, specifications, and technical analyses; sign and seal designs as applicable
- Coordinate project budgets, schedules, and staff assignments to ensure successful delivery
- Conduct site visits and field investigations as needed
- Mentor junior engineers and support proposal development and business growth
- Serve as a key technical contact for clients and internal project teams
Ideal Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (EIT required)
- 10+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
- Strong technical foundation in water resources or infrastructure design
- PE licensure and stream or wetland restoration experience are strong pluses
