Client is looking for Quality Engineering Professionals (Product Team) for a 12+ month project located in Atlanta, GA. The position is hybrid with onsite 3 days a week in Atlanta, GA. The duration is 12 months, and the rate is all-inclusive with an alignment of $130/hr W2.

We are seeking highly skilled Quality Engineering Professionals to join our product teams and help embed quality as a core engineering discipline across the entire product lifecycle. These roles are intentionally flexible and open to candidates at the Engineer, Lead, or Director level, depending on experience. Regardless of level, you will play a critical role in ensuring that quality is built into our products from the earliest stages of discovery through production—enabling fast, reliable, and secure delivery that protects customer trust.

You will work in close partnership with Product Management, Product Design, and Engineering to define quality outcomes, prevent defects, and continuously improve system reliability and customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Build and drive automation-first quality practices within CI/CD pipelines
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to define success criteria and acceptance standards
• Identify risks early and prevent defects through proactive quality engineering
• Improve system reliability, performance, and overall customer experience
• Influence product and engineering decisions to strengthen quality outcomes

Experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in Quality Engineering, Test Engineering, or Software Engineering
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
• Understanding of system design, APIs, and distributed systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate quality risks and trade-offs

Quality Engineer (3–6+ years):

• Strong hands-on automation skills
• Experience contributing within product teams
• Ability to execute risk-based testing and validation strategies

Quality Engineering Lead (8–12+ years):

• Proven experience leading quality efforts within product teams
• Deep expertise in automation, CI/CD integration, and modern tooling
• Strong understanding of system architecture and failure modes
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams

Director, Quality Engineering (8+ years, senior IC):

• Proven track record building and scaling automated QA solutions at enterprise level
• Experience designing and sustaining quality platforms across multiple teams
• Deep expertise in cloud-native systems and end-to-end test automation
• Ability to communicate technical strategy and risk in business terms
