Land surveyor

Overview

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Atlanta. As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting surveys and creating maps and reports for construction engineering and land development projects.

• Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
• 3+ years of experience in land surveying
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and digital levels
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other mapping software
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills

• Conduct surveys using various equipment to measure distances, angles, elevations, boundaries, and topographical features
• Analyze collected data to create accurate maps and reports for project planning purposes
• Work closely with engineers, architects and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and safety standards while conducting surveys
• Collaborate with team members on projects as needed

We offer a competitive salary of $1,300 per month for this full‑time position. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Land Surveyor looking for a challenging role in the dynamic city of Atlanta.
