As the Antenna & RF Safety Sales Manager
, you’ll be at the forefront of wireless testing innovation, working directly with Fortune 500 companies, defense contractors, automotive giants, and research institutions.
You’ll bridge the gap between technical excellence and commercial success, engaging with RF engineers, CTOs, and procurement teams to deliver customized testing solutions that meet their most complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth – Develop and close high-value B2B deals for MVG’s antenna testing and RF safety products in the U.S. market.
- Technical Consulting – Work closely with R&D, systems engineering, and project teams to design tailored solutions for clients in telecom, aerospace, automotive, and academia.
- Customer Engagement – Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, from initial consultation to post-sales support.
- Proposal & Negotiation – Prepare technical proposals, price quotations
, and contract negotiations to secure deals. - Market Intelligence – Provide feedback on emerging customer needs to influence product development.
- Industry Representation – Represent MVG at trade shows, conferences, and industry events (travel required).
- CRM & Reporting – Utilize Salesforce to track opportunities and forecast sales performance.
- Education: BSc in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field (MSc preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years in RF/microwave engineering, antenna testing, or RF instrumentation (industry experience a plus).
- Proven B2B sales success in technical/complex product sales (e.g., test & measurement, aerospace, telecom, automotive).
- Strong technical acumen
—ability to discuss antenna theory, RF safety, EMC testing, and system integration with engineers and executives. - Sales &
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication (English fluency required; additional languages a plus). - Relationship-building
—ability to engage with C-level executives, engineers, and procurement teams. - Self-motivated & results-driven
—comfortable with targets, negotiations, and closing deals. - Tools & Traits: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (or similar sales tools).
- High adaptability
—ability to pivot between technical discussions and commercial negotiations. - Willingness to travel (U.S. and occasional international).
