Civil/Structural/Building Envelope Engineer (Ph.D.)

• Inspection, analysis, and determination of root causes of structural/building envelope performance failures
• Conducting analytical and computer problem solving
• Performing field investigations and diagnostic surveys
• Preparing technical reports and presentations
• Establishing professional expertise through continued professional development

• Ph.D. in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering focus, or related field
• Licensure as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Structural Engineer (S.E.) or ability to become licensed within two years in Georgia and/or Florida
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (writes clearly and concisely; speaking clearly and concisely)
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to support multiple group projects
• Ability to gather information and convey technical conclusions to individuals in engineering, business, and related industry
• Applies technical knowledge, creativity, and innovation in completing assignments

Base salary range dependent on experience and capabilities, to be assessed during interview. Includes base salary, bi-weekly bonuses for high-intensity efforts, annual bonus, and 401(k) employer contribution of 7%.
