We are seeking a proactive and responsible Entry-Level Robotics Aftersales Engineer to join our team in Atlanta & Detroit. This role focuses on supporting AGV projects at customer sites, including maintenance, debugging, repair, on-site troubleshooting, and field performance data analysis. The Robotics Aftersales Engineer will support customer projects when technical issues occur, help diagnose problems, repair AGV systems, analyze field performance data, and ensure the equipment can return to stable and reliable operation.
The role works closely with the engineering and technical teams in the Atlanta lab, as well as customer-site teams, and requires a hands-on, detail-oriented, responsive, and collaborative approach.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Responsible, and willing to learn, with a strong ability to handle new technical concepts quickly and contribute in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
- Familiar with CAD, Solid Works, Excel, Word, PPT and other office software.
- Ability to travel to or commute between client’s project locations as needed
- Willingness to temporarily work at alternative sites during training periods or until assigned facility is operational
- Travel frequency will vary based on business needs and operational status of assigned facility
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in robotics or forklift maintenance related field.
- Hands-on experience with electrical automation industry and FAE work experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site deployment, debugging, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance support for AGV projects at customer sites.
- Monitor, track, record, and summarize AGV operating status during overseas project implementation, and provide regular updates to the Aftersales Manager.
- Diagnose technical issues related to AGV systems, perform timely repairs, and support equipment recovery to ensure stable and reliable operation.
- Provide after-sales technical support, including preventive maintenance, issue follow-up, and customer-site service support.
- Prepare, maintain, and update project-related documentation, including service records, troubleshooting reports, maintenance logs, and customer support documents.
- Assist with project schedule tracking and coordination for overseas projects and communicate with customers regarding technical issues and service needs.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback and technical requirements to internal teams to support continuous improvement in product performance, project delivery, and customer service quality.
