About The Job You're ConsideringAs a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a key role in optimizing manufacturing systems and processes. Your work will directly influence productivity, quality, and operational excellence across our clients’ industrial environments.
Your role- Develop and continuously improve industrial engineering strategies aligned with client goals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and balance assembly line workflows and manpower requirements.
- Define and implement working standards, position configurations, and pace adjustments to support production changes.
- Conduct time studies, analyze value‑added activities, and identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, defect rates, and operator productivity.
- Lead and support Kaizen workshops to solve problems and implement sustainable solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles and diagnostic tools (e.g., VSM, material flow analysis, capacity analysis).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; aerospace or automotive experience.
- Manufacturing process experience.
- Ability to follow the production line.
- Experience in continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $68,911.00 - $. The actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
