Civil Engineer Project Manager – Mission Critical Site Development (Hybrid Remote)

Oversee civil construction projects for data centers, mission‑critical facilities, and advanced infrastructure. Manage the delivery of these projects while coordinating remote teams and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Oversee and manage the successful execution of civil construction projects. Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Assist the Project Manager with technical and administrative tasks. Provide support to project staff and help maintain project schedules and documentation.

Lead the delivery of municipal and utility projects. Coordinate engineering activities, manage project resources, and ensure that project objectives are met.

Initiate, coordinate, and own capital project and process improvement initiatives within the Grass Seed division. Manage project budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communication.

Assist in project management by coordinating the project budget, controlling expenses, administering owner and subcontractor billings, and identifying work that is not covered by contract.

Provide expertise in civil and structural engineering to support critical infrastructure solutions. Perform technical analysis and contribute to project design and execution.

Responsible for the overall operational management of projects, including all subcontracted resources and in‑house teams. Manage project scope, schedule, and quality to ensure successful outcomes.

Manage assigned engineering projects supporting the construction and maintenance of city drainage, transportation, and other public works infrastructure. Utilize engineering principles to deliver high‑quality public‑works projects.
