Provide technical leadership for all hydronic infrastructure, including chilled water plants, cooling towers, heat exchangers, pumps, piping distribution networks, and water treatment systems, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and operational resilience.

Oversee preventive maintenance, condition assessments, and lifecycle management of hydronic and water treatment assets, leveraging data‑driven analysis to improve system efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.

Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements related to water management programs while driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Switch operational standards.

Strong understanding of control systems and sequences of operation.
