** Position Overview*
* We're seeking a relationship-focused technical professional to serve as the primary point of contact for system integration partners supporting automated warehouse robotics systems throughout North America.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating technical teams, and driving issues to resolution. Rather than performing hands-on troubleshooting every day, you'll manage customer relationships, prioritize technical issues, coordinate internal subject matter experts, and ensure integrators receive timely support.
If you have experience supporting industrial automation, robotics, material handling, or maintenance operations-and can communicate effectively with both engineers and customers-this is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing robotics company.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned integration partners.
+ Build strong relationships through regular meetings and ongoing communication.
+ Manage open technical issues from intake through resolution.
+ Coordinate internal engineering resources to ensure customer issues are addressed appropriately.
+ Review and prioritize support cases using Service Now.
+ Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion.
+ Help integrators understand system functionality, capabilities, and best practices.
+ Analyze recurring technical issues and identify opportunities for long-term improvements.
+ Collaborate with engineering teams on system optimization and performance improvements.
+ Encourage customers to maintain current software versions and recommended updates.
+ Provide Level 2 support by coordinating solutions for escalated technical issues.
+ Travel to customer sites when needed to strengthen relationships, assist with issue resolution, and support maintenance operations.
+ Maintain clear communication with both customers and internal teams regarding issue status and next steps.
** Required Qualifications*
* + 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
+ Technical Account Management
+ Customer Success
+ Project Coordination
+ Field Engineering
+ Industrial Automation Support
+ Maintenance Operations
+ Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, technicians, and customers.
+ Experience coordinating multiple priorities and driving issues to completion.
+ Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
+ Comfortable learning complex technical products.
+ Experience working with ticketing or case management systems (Service Now or similar preferred).
+ Ability to travel approximately 25% within North America.
