Position Overview

Field Engineer at Webber, a Ferrovial company, responsible for supporting project execution at construction sites and facilitating communication between the site and the office.

• Act as liaison between construction site and office, supporting the Project Engineer and Project Superintendent.
• Provide production tracking, operational planning, communication, organization, and implementation of project data.
• Collaborate with project staff to track and analyze work plans, ensuring maximum field efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and report daily quantities installed and performed.
• Analyze and compare budgeted versus actual production rates and material yields.
• Assist in ensuring field work meets project standards and specifications.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Moderate to high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
