In this role, you will support the development and execution of engineering solutions for capital and improvement projects across our manufacturing operations. The position is focused on project development, engineering design, equipment specification, and scope definition, providing opportunities to work alongside experienced engineers while developing practical industrial engineering skills.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited university
- Understanding of electrical power systems, industrial controls, and engineering design principles
- Coursework or project experience involving power distribution
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation
- Internship, co‑op, research, or project experience involving electrical engineering, power systems, industrial automation, or manufacturing operations
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar electrical design software
- Understanding of NEC requirements and industrial electrical safety principles
- Coursework or project experience involving electrical power systems design, protection systems, industrial networking, or automation systems
