Job OverviewThe Field Engineer has a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and will undertake a variety of construction disciplines such as Safety, Estimating, Project Management, and Operations. He/She will be given responsibility and decision‑making authority, managing actively and independently those who perform manual labor.
Responsibilities- Hold a broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
- Maintain technology proficiency and adapt to new innovations and processes.
- Implement safety, estimating, project management, and operational disciplines on site.
- Lead and coordinate teams of laborers, ensuring effective execution without performing manual labor themselves.
- Technology proficient, with the ability to adapt to new innovations and processes.
- Knowledge and efficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
