We’re looking for a VDC Associate who thrives in a production-focused environment.

This role is ideal for someone who already has a strong foundation in Revit-based MEP modeling and coordination and is ready to contribute on mission critical projects.

You’ll work across multi-discipline teams, partnering with design leads and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality models and coordinated solutions from early design through construction.

• Utilize Autodesk Revit to produce 3D models and shop drawings for MEP systems
• Own model production and support coordination across multiple projects
• Interpret MEP design drawings and translate design into constructable models
• Support coordination efforts across disciplines, including clash detection and issue resolution
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, complete and aligned with project requirements and deadlines
• Understand client preferences and construction workflows to produce accurate and constructable models and shop drawings
• Interface with external design teams and contractors to resolve coordination challenges

• 2-5 years of experience in VDC, BIM, or related modeling roles
• Strong, hands-on Revit experience (daily production required)
• Hands-on experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
• Experience with MEP modeling and multi-discipline coordination
• Ability to read and interpret MEP design drawings and apply design intent
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong communication skills, including experience interacting with external partners

• Experience working on mission critical projects (data centers preferred)
• Exposure to electrical systems in Revit
• Autodesk Revit certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit) preferred
• Background in consulting engineering or design environments

• $70,000 - $90,000 / year (Depending on experience, education, skills, and/or location)
