Electrical Engineer

Jacobs has an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join our team in Rome, GA, where you'll use your design and analysis skills to plan and design electrical systems for buildings, facilities, and production process equipment including manufacturing, commercial and institutional projects. This will include designing full electrical systems, including power, lighting, PDU's, MCC for production process systems. You'll also support installation of production process equipment and maintenance troubleshooting of the systems.

You'll also have the chance to utilize your technical expertise to mentor other professionals, helping your team discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward as well as interfacing with clients in managing the quality of work. -    Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering  

-    5+ years of experience working for a MEP firm

-    Revit, 3D AutoCAD or equivalent

-    Professional Engineering (PE) license 

-    Valid Driver's License with no major infractions

Ideally, You'll Also Have

-    Experience working on data center, power, VPS systems, generator systems and medium voltage distribution projects preferred
