Project Manager - Commercial

Job Description

We are seeking a full‑time PE licensed Project Manager, Site Development based in our Atlanta office. The Project Manager will lead the project design, client communication, permitting, and management on a wide range of commercial development projects.

• Lead and actively participate in the design, plan production, and permitting for land development projects.
• Lead and mentor a group of technical professionals – engineers and technical support – to serve our clients well.
• Engage in the proposal and client agreement development and execution.
• Develop trusting professional relationships with clients, public agency officials, and community leaders.
• Be respectful of client timelines through effective coordination of project tasks, budgets, and schedules.
• Champion the professional development of each member of a project team according to each member’s individual goals and career path.
• Seek guidance from other leaders; be open to suggestions in various aspects of project management.
• Actively participate in professional associations and civic organizations.
• Additional related duties as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• 5+ years of experience in site design, planning, and project management.
• Extensive knowledge of design and construction practices which, by passing on that knowledge to others, will aid in your success.
• Proven ability to effectively and respectfully communicate, both oral and written skills, with all levels of employees.
• There may be times when working overtime is necessary.
