IO Transition Planner

MILL CREEK LLC (Mill Creek Environmental) seeks an IO Transition Planner to support environmental due diligence and site transition planning for commercial, industrial, and governmental clients. In this role, you will coordinate activities across Phase I and II environmental site assessments, wetlands and ecological studies, and regulatory compliance tasks to ensure smooth transitions between investigation, design, and implementation phases. Responsibilities include planning field work, compiling and analyzing environmental and regulatory data, preparing technical reports and transition plans, and tracking milestones and risks.

You will collaborate closely with environmental scientists and engineers in a collaborative, field-focused culture, perform site visits, and communicate status and findings to clients. This position offers hands-on environmental work and the opportunity to build strong technical, planning, and client-facing skills within a growing consulting practice.
