  • Lead cross functional planning and execution with Outage Engineering, IT, Heavy-duty Services Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Multi-year agreement Risk, Design COE, and other stakeholders
  • Facilitate outage scoping and planning discussions to ensure platform capabilities align with real outage scoping/feedbacks and engineering best practices
  • Translate engineering, operational, and outage productivity needs into clear program requirements and user stories for IT and AI development teams
  • Support data driven outage scope recommendations by enabling the use of analytics, operational history, fleet issues, and reliability insights within the OSA platform
  • Drive platform adoption, cross system integration and change management, including communication, training support, and feedback loops with regional and site teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve outage productivity, cycle time, and cost through new tools, AI features, and process enhancements
  • Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of new system and AI features with IT to ensure quality, reliability, and engineering acceptance
  • Monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies; proactively remove obstacles to delivery
  • Integrate LEAN, simplification, and continuous improvement principles into program execution and platform evolution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, outage planning, and/or technical program management
  • 2 years of experience working with gas turbines, combined cycle power plants, or turbo machinery-related engineering workflows
Desired Characteristics
  • Strong understanding of outage planning, outage scoping, or outage execution processes
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating across matrixed, global organizations, including IT teams
  • Fluent English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Experience and passionate working with IT platforms, analytics tools, or AI enabled solutions in an engineering or operational context
  • Ability to connect technical details, operational data, and business outcomes into a clear, comprehensive narrative
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across engineering, IT, and leadership teams
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Familiarity with reliability concepts, fleet analytics, or outage risk assessment (e.g., Weibull, reliability estimates, or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance engineering rigor and practical execution
  • Comfortable driving ambiguity into structure, plans, and actionable outcomes
