Top Gun Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Lead Bid Estimator with 7–10+ years of heavy highway experience to drive bid strategy for mid- to large-scale DOT projects. You will own takeoffs, cost analyses, and full bid packages, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and the chief estimator to deliver competitive proposals.
You’ll mentor junior estimators, manage multiple bids, and stay current on DOT requirements and industry best practices while leveraging HCSS Heavy Bid, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools.
