A leading manufacturer in the industrial products industry is seeking an Environmental Engineer in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations related to air, water, waste, stormwater, and chemical reporting.
- Manage environmental permits, compliance calendars, regulatory reporting, audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Lead environmental data management, KPI reporting, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, EHS, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of environmental compliance experience in a manufacturing or industrial consulting environment.
- Knowledge of environmental permitting, regulatory reporting, and EHS management systems; strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
