Project Engineer - HVAC

• Time to be entered for approval each Monday by 10:00 AM.
• Work Acknowledgements to be completed and signed before leaving each Job
• One-Note to be updated with job pictures each day on site.
• Proper Folder Structures, and File Names to be maintained in SharePoint.
• Ensure all devices remain actively synced with Share Point
• Expense Reports & receipts filed and submitted monthly.
• Field Engineer to be responsible for ensuring equipment is maintained, clean, and in operable condition.
  • Robotic Total Stations are cleaned and calibrated annually.
  • Van brought in for service according to maintenance schedule.
  • Surface Pro maintained for daily operation.
  • Cellphone maintained for daily operation.
  • Data collector maintained and updated for daily operation.
  • All hand tools and surveying tools are maintained for daily use.

• Start time is dictated by customers’ needs. Otherwise, the standard start is no later than 8:00.
• Work Safely and in compliance with Bimble - Modigent’s Safety Policies.
• Access Job information from Trimble Tablet (T10)
• Setup Total Station for backsight or resection
  • Standard Issue = RTS

• Establish Accurate Control / Setup on Existing Control
  • Spot Check setup accuracy by hand measuring column lines and/or with reference shots.
• Complete Accurate Layout. Spot check layout with drawings and tape measure.
  • Field Engineer average production ~ 200 points per day.
• Complete accurate and detailed as-builts when required.

  • Identify System Layout Problems & Offer Solutions
  • Coordinate and collaborate to ensure projects success.
• Work with Customer to provide solutions when they are not readily present in the layout data.
