- Apply strong mathematical reasoning and technical proficiency to contribute to high-quality solutions that align with EFCO standards.
- Complete required onboarding, safety training, and EFCO process orientation.
- Learn and implement EFCO’s drafting and engineering practices.
- Communicate ideas clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, while demonstrating accountability and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Education:
Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering. - Computer
Skills: - Familiarity with Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) systems required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and general PC literacy.
- Other Requirements:
Demonstrated organizational skills and problem-solving ability required. - Communication:
