XConnect, A Somos Company, Atlanta, GA is seeking a First Line NOC Engineer to support global systems in a hybrid model. You will monitor services, troubleshoot issues, and escalate where needed while interfacing with customers for live assistance.
The role requires 2+ years in network support, TCP/IP/DNS/DHCP/VPN expertise, and strong communication. On-site two days per week with remote flexibility as part of a 24/7 team.
