Electrical Engineer — Printed Circuits Corp (PCC)
Printed Circuits Corp is a contract electronics manufacturer (EMS/PCBA) supporting aerospace, defense, industrial, and medical customers. We're AS9100D certified and operate under ITAR/export-control requirements, and we're actively growing our presence in the industrial and medical sectors.
We're looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team supporting customer designs through production, with a focus on manufacturability, testability, and hands-on troubleshooting.
What you’ll do:- Review customer PCB designs and BOMs for DFM/DFT issues prior to production release
- Support schematic and layout reviews using Altium Designer and OrCAD/Cadence
- Manage engineering change requests (ECRs/ECOs) and component obsolescence/alternate-part issues through resolution
- Support NPI builds, first-article inspection, and design validation
- Troubleshoot engineering and test-related issues on the production floor, down to root cause
- Support functional and in-circuit test development and debug alongside the test engineering team
- Review test results and failure data, and help determine disposition (rework, repair, scrap, MRB) for units with design-related failures
- Manage documentation related to engineering changes, deviations, and design records
- Collaborate with quality, test engineering, and production to close out corrective actions
- 0–2 years of experience (new grads welcome) — BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Familiarity with Altium Designer and/or OrCAD/Cadence
- Basic understanding of DFM/DFT principles for PCBA
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; comfort reading schematics, BOMs, and datasheets
- Exposure to a regulated manufacturing environment (AS9100D, ITAR) is a plus, not required
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (U.S. Person) due to ITAR/export-control obligations
- Able to work on-site in Lilburn, GA
