Nappy Boy Network (NBN) is the official streaming platform of the Nappy Boy brand. From exclusive series and live events to behind-the-scenes access and the hit Nappy Boy Radio Podcast, NBN delivers premium entertainment to fans across the globe. We are expanding fast and looking for a dedicated Project Manager to help bring our creative vision to life.

The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of NBN content: from initial concept through production, launch, and performance review. This role combines production management, cross-team coordination, and platform oversight. You will keep projects on track, align content with broader Nappy Boy initiatives (music, merch, events, dranks, gaming), and ensure that members receive a polished, consistent, and engaging experience.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, creative environments, has a strong background in media or entertainment project management, and can balance big-picture strategy with meticulous attention to detail.

• Translate creative concepts for shows into full productions by assembling and managing crews (producers, editors, camera ops, etc.).
• Oversee logistics for shoots (series, promos, events, podcasts), including scheduling, set needs, equipment, and crew assignments.
• Maintain a master content calendar that aligns NBN exclusives with You Tube, Twitch, Spotify, and social media promotional drops.
• Be present on-site for shoots and podcast recordings to manage flow, timing, and team coordination.

• Book and coordinate guests for the Nappy Boy Radio Podcast and other NBN productions.
• Manage communications and logistics for talent appearances.
• Ensure talent and crew are briefed, scheduled, and on time.

• Track, manage, and report on production budgets to ensure projects stay on schedule and within financial parameters.
• Maintain production timelines, post-production notes, and progress reports.
• Implement efficient systems for documentation, contracts, and compliance.

• Deliver finalized content to the NBN platform (powered by Vimeo OTT), ensuring proper formatting and technical compliance.
• Monitor analytics and viewer engagement data to evaluate performance and recommend any ideas for improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing to roll out subscriber perks, newsletters, and early access content.
• Partner with merch and events teams to time content releases with product drops and live campaigns.

• Supervise and mentor interns and junior staff during shoots, ensuring effective delegation and learning opportunities.
• Act as a cross-department liaison, aligning production, marketing, merch, and events teams.
• Foster a culture of communication, collaboration, and accountability across all teams.

• 3+ years of project or production management experience in media, entertainment, or streaming.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with production budgeting, contracts, and compliance.
• Hands-on knowledge of digital media workflows (shooting, editing, post-production).
• Familiarity with platforms such as Vimeo OTT, You Tube, Twitch, or podcast distribution tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; comfortable managing creative teams and talent.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with shifting priorities.
