As a Front Desk Agent
, you will be the first point of contact for guestsỷ, providing warm, professional service throughout their stay.

• Provide a friendly and attentive welcome to guests.
• Handle check‑in/check‑out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Assist guests with information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Supervisor.
• Opportunity for advancement to supervisor, manager, or higher positions.

• A combination of education and experience; hotel experience is always a plus.

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required, with or without accommodation.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
