• Dispatch technicians to customer job sites, assess service, repair or installation needs, and track jobs for completion to customer satisfaction
• Perform employee performance reviews, document performance issues, provide necessary counseling and targeted improvement action plans
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Adaptable to change and able to multitask
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to represent the company professionally in communication with customers
• Proficient user of software and systems
• Valid driver’s license required
