Parts Counter Representative

Central Atlanta Tractor Sales, Inc. is a trusted heavy construction machinery company based in Atlanta, Georgia. As an authorized dealer of new SANY and Bell equipment, we also offer a robust inventory of used equipment and a rental fleet of over 150 pieces. Our dedicated team provides comprehensive repair and maintenance services for all construction equipment brands, either on-site or at our state‑of‑the‑art repair shop.

Additionally, our parts department supplies a wide range of OEM and aftermarket components for all makes and models, ensuring our customers have access to essential solutions whenever needed.

The Parts Counter Representative is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their parts inquiries, processing orders, managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and providing exceptional customer service. The representative will also work collaboratively with other team members and support sales efforts as needed to ensure efficient operations within the parts department.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Basic knowledge and experience in Sales activities
• Ability to work in an on‑site role while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
• Familiarity with construction equipment parts is a plus
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use inventory management software are preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
