Atlanta Braves Valet Attendant

Position Overview

The Event Valet Attendant will greet and serve all customers arriving and departing Truist Park events during the 2026 MLB Braves season home games. They will be the first and last point of contact for guests, providing a professional and friendly experience while handling parking duties.

• Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and courteously.
• Direct traffic to maintain safe and orderly flow around the parking area.
• Provide a self-reliant attitude, working independently or with minimal supervision.
• Promote excellent customer relations, ensuring guests feel valued and satisfied with LAZ Parking.

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
• Stand, walk, run, and bend for extended periods.
• Perform a variety of physical tasks typical of a valet attendant.

• Strong customer service experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.
• Good driver with a clean driving record and manual transmission proficiency.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English;
  Spanish language skills encouraged but not required.
• No offensive visible tattoos; no neck or face tattoos.

• Sense of urgency and timeliness in duties.
• Team player willing to assist across multiple facility locations.
• Ability to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations.
