Job Summary

Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, comprising Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. The role is a part‑time, seasonal position required during evenings and weekends.

• Greeting guests and providing stellar customer service with a smile.
• Scanning tickets upon entry, examining tickets for various seat levels, and verifying authenticity.
• Answering guest questions, informing them of venue policies, and providing directions within the venue.
• Assisting guests with special needs, including seat accommodations.
• Maintaining clear aisles and ensuring the venue is safe, clean, and presentable.
• Assisting in verifying staff credentials to restricted areas.
• Helping resolve guest complaints or directing them to appropriate departments.
• Partnering with fellow crew members to close the venue after the show, including collecting and storing event equipment and assisting the sustainability team with recycling.
• Identifying hazards or potential situations before they arise and reporting them promptly.
• Performing additional tasks as requested by the Supervisor or Management.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1+ year of experience in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• Good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in an entertainment environment, and enforcement procedures.
• Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance.
• Ability to make independent, sound judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.
• Strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
• Physical ability to walk continuously, climb stairs, lift, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to stand for more than four hours and work at least 50% of the shows.
